~ TRAINING ~

Training can be used by the client for several purposes:

• Brief management on the potential of a project proposal for implementing a new system or to cause a cultural change in the organization.
• Enlist all people in an organization to implement a new system or cultural change. Learning by doing and repetition is far more effective than just book learning and classroom time.

Training that is performed during a transformation project is "Just In Time" training.  This is particularly effective because a very brief classroom instruction is followed by hours of actual practice that produces a real and tangible result.  This produces quick results that encourage both management and the workers.

Strategic Modularity Inc. provides training on topics that change culture and improve productivity. Training is available as a stand-alone service.  All implementation projects include the training necessary for the client to understand and practice the newly implemented operations methods.
