Andy Pattantyus, President
Andy Pattantyus is the founder and owner of Strategic
Modularity, Inc. As a consultant, Andy has helps clients
do facility planning, automation planning, and strategic
planning. Andy managed development projects for battery
manufacturing as a Senior Engineering Manager at Eveready
Battery Co. Inc. and as a Director at Quallion LLC.
Andy has 20 years of direct experience in developing
and integrating modular production systems and flexible
processes for the battery industry, developing new products,
processes and machinery. Andy offers a business perspective
with a strong mix of technical skills. Andy holds 4
patents, a BSME and MSME from Virginia Tech and an MBA
from Case Western Reserve University.
Adam Pattantyus, Associate
Adam is a seasoned manager and engineer, with proven
project leadership skills and a demonstrated ability
to lead new product introductions and mission critical
projects. Adam has a breadth of experience in business
process and systems analysis, including leading large-scale
facility projects. In the past four years, he has been
engaged in long-term consulting projects with five start-up
organizations involving strategy, program and project
management. In addition to serving as a captain in the
US Army, Adam holds a BS and MS in engineering and an
MBA.
Qualifications in Project Management
Fastest facility project was completed in six months
(groundbreaking to occupation) for a 50,000 sq.ft. facility.
Largest project was a multi-million dollar project that
had 55 people working at the peak of the project.
Largest Work Breakdown Structure had 3000 line items
(tasks) in MS Project.
For larger projects, SMI calls upon a network of associates
with a wide variety of skills and experience.
